De senior ISO27000 consultant heeft als hoofdtaak klant te leiden naar een positief audit verslag eind 2012, betreffende de

Customer is looking for Business analysis Consultancy for the two following projects:

1st Project
customer is currently implementing a transformation program of the accounting function in Europe . This program includes the roll-out of common practices and IT solutions. The common application architecture is based on SAP solutions for Finance. The roll-out of the solution has started in the Group and is foreseen in Belgium in from mid 2012 for a launch date 1/1/2014. The overall program management (including the roll-out of the SAP solution) is managed at the level of the Group. But each country contributes with a local program including local IT projects . Main elements of those local IT projects for Belgium are: the integration layer between the SAP solutions and the local business applications, the local reconciliation systems, interface with the local data warehouse and other impacts on local systems.

2nd project: Implementation of SAP-REFX solution for Real Estate management
Customer has decided to migrate its current real estate management platform to SAP (mainly RE-FX module). This project aims to implement the SAP solution, integrate with existing infrastructure, streamline business processes and make use of synergies through harmonization and standardisation. The SAP implementation (incl. customizing & specific development) will be done by an external integrator with support of customer. The blueprint phase will start by the end of January 2012 and the go live is foreseen for 01/01/2013.

Description de la mission
Les processus Essentiellement Offer to Book, Customer Service Management et Bill to Cash reposent en grande partie sur une solution progicielle SAP (CRM et IS-U).
Afin de:
 supporter le déploiement de nouveaux produits (tels que l’arrivée prochaine d’une offre mobile)
 permettre une meilleure qualité de service, une optimisation des opérations commerciales et du support clientèle
 fournir une plus grande agilité dans un environnement très compétitif
, la plateforme SAP nécessite une transformation fondamentale tant au niveau de l’organisation des équipes associées que de la plateforme technologique.
La solution cible reposerait sur une solution progicielle SAP (Solution « offer-to-cash ») et sa mise en place nécessitera des opérations préalables de data cleansing, d’aménagement de processus, de ré-organisation des équipes en place et d’intégration dans une roadmap business très dense.
Le projet et environnement de travail du client, fruit du rassemblement de plusieurs sociétés, est globalement en pleine transformation. La complexité associée est un élément fondamental à ne pas sous-estimer.
La mission du program Manager Transformation s’articulera en 2 étapes:
1. Préparation de la transformation de l’engine SAP
2. Pilotage du programme de transformation
1. Préparation de la transformation de la solution SAP (3-5 mois)
 Préparer le dossier de transformation de la solution . Avec l’aide des spécialistes et architectes SAP internes et externes, des sponsors IT et Business et en prenant en compte les éléments de la roadmap commerciale notamment le lancement du Mobile, et les guidelines en terme d’architecture , le program Manager transformation préparera le projet de transformation :
